Photo Gallery «Bonhams Paris 2021 - Maradona's Porsche as a high-flyer, disappointing Frenchmen»
Bonhams also had to adapt the traditional Paris Rétromobile auction, which was originally due to take place in February 2021, to the current circumstances. The decision was made to bring the 73 vehicles, including six two-wheelers, under the virtual hammer in a purely online format. From March 3 to 10, 2021, interested parties were therefore able to bid online for the classic vehicles, which were on average 48 years old and together worth around EUR 7.2 million. A Porsche 964 that once belonged to Maradona was the most popular. However, an Aston Martin DB4 also performed respectably, while French makes were rather disappointing in the wide range on offer. This report analyzes the results and shows all the vehicles in pictures.
