Photo Gallery «Bonhams London-Brighton Auction 2019 - Veterans flying high»
On November 1, 2019, Bonhams auctioned 15 automobiles from the years 1899 to 1904 with a total value of £ 1.1 million in addition to many automobiles on the occasion of the annual London-Brighton Run. Interest was considerable, with 12 veterans being sold, some at prices well above their estimates. The Panhard-Levassor Type A2 from 1901 was a real high-flyer, selling for almost twice as much as expected. This report analyzes the results and shows all the vehicles in pictures.
