From the mid-seventies, fuel injection systems replaced carburetors for mixture preparation. The Bosch K-Jetronic in particular was widely used. However, as they get older, these systems tend to cause problems and can bring many an oldie to a standstill. This service article explains where they tend to jam and what you can do about it.
