The racing engines finally roared again at the Nürburgring on the weekend of August 12-14, 2022. The AvD Oldtimer Grand Prix not only attracted around 30,000 visitors but also a wide range of racing and sports cars, which were able to show what they are capable of in 20 races and regularity tests. Highlights were the sports car race at dusk on Saturday evening and the F1 races. This race report summarizes the atmosphere on site and shows some of the racing cars in pictures.
