The Arosa ClassicCar hill climb took place for the 12th time on September 1-4, 2016 on the unique route from Langwies to Arosa. With around 160 participants, the historic racing event was fully booked and the weather was perfect, attracting 25,000 to 30,000 spectators. They were able to follow the record-breaking run of Thomas Amweg, son of Fredy Amweg, who followed in his father's footsteps as the day's winner. This race report describes the battle for victory, gives an insight into the atmosphere and general conditions and shows almost all the racing cars in over 500 pictures.
