The Classic Gala took place for the 14th time in Schwetzingen from September 1 to 3, 2017. The magnificent palace park provided a more than regal setting for the more than 200 vehicles from around 120 years of automotive history on display, which competed for over 120 prizes as part of the Concours d'Elégance. The generous amount of space and the largely friendly weather provided ideal conditions for spectators to engage with the cars, some of which were also presented on the move. This event report describes the atmosphere on site, names the Concours winners and shows pictures of most of the vehicles.
