The Hudson Hornet is certainly one of the lesser-known cars in Europe. And this is despite the fact that the popular Pixar film "Cars" actually helped it to achieve an above-average media presence. In the movie, a Hudson Hornet appears as the grumpy judge "Doc Hudson" and teaches the impetuous Lightning McQueen the finer points of stock car racing. This article is about a 1953 Hudson Hornet that once belonged to the "King of Cool" Steve McQueen.
